How it all started ...???

Ever since childhood I was interested in outdoor games, cars and bikes. I still remember, going to ILS Law College Cricket ground with my Dad to play cricket. At the time, I was shorter than the height of the bat itself. No doubt when these memories come to mind, I wish to get lost in those beautiful days of my life.
Later, it grew into my passion and I started to go to various places on my Scooter when I was in 11th standard with my best friend Chinmay Bapat. And from there my journey began.
Like many students; I chose engineering after completion of my 12th grade. While pursuing engineering, my addiction for traveling was increasing more than ever. When I was in the 3rd year of my engineering, I decided to go to Germany for higher education. Even after completion of engineering my struggle to get an admission in a German University continued. It was a very difficult period because I had to decide whether should I continue with my job or to give one more try to get an admission.
Thanks to my traveling; I got an opportunity to meet a lot of people across the country. I was fortunate enough to get to know much more about our beautiful country!! In those years, I made lot of new friends and what I have understood from my experiences is that, the actual beauty of our great country lies in the small towns of it, if we manage to have the right perspective.
These days we often see lot of youngsters wasting their lives in the so called “night life”. They won’t hesitate to go into Malls for whole day but if you ask them to join you for a short ride or a trek they will say “NO”!! This is the harsh reality of our young generation. It maybe because of the changed lifestyle or maybe because of the facilities available in the big cities. But I would like to tell those people that this is not the real enjoyment even though you see it that way. To experience the true life & the adventure you need to come out of your so called “Comfort Zone” and get drenched in this amazing Nature!! It never disappoints you!
Few years ago, Chinmay-Shaurya-Saurabh and I together started a new group “Bikers and Trekkers”. A group of enthusiastic trekkers and bike riders. The motto of this group is to spread the passion of trekking and bike riding in the youngsters. We have done a lot of bike rides and trekkers into various parts of the India and often our travel blogs got featured in one the leading newspaper groups in India – “Maharashtra Times” (a daily from the TOI) and I’m pretty sure that it is not going to stop.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my parents. Throughout this journey they have been with me and they never stopped me from doing what I love the most. To put it simply, without them I’m nothing!!
Now talking about this page; I have started this page to share my experiences, photos and information with you guys about my adventures and outings.
